To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Refund Process

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Account Access

After a refund is issued, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Your data will be preserved but subject to Free plan limits.

Subscription Cancellation

If you simply want to cancel your subscription without a refund, you can do so at any time:

Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then your account will revert to the Free plan.

Free Trial Refunds

If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. There's no need to request a refund as no payment has been made.

Proration

We do not offer prorated refunds for downgrades or partial month cancellations. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, you'll retain Pro features until the end of your billing period.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that sometimes exceptional circumstances arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration (service outages, billing errors, etc.), please contact us. We review each case individually.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback instead of requesting a refund through our support team, your account may be immediately suspended and we may pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus associated fees.
